  • QuickSureHelp (QSH) is an online platform providing researched and personalized solutions for your submitted queries.
  • The service is provided through human-guided brainstorming, professional insights, and AI-assisted research.
  • Our service fee starts at โ‚น99 per question.

2. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Users must complete the payment to receive a response.
  • Special consultation services (WhatsApp chat) are available at โ‚น299 for 10 minutes, โ‚น399 for 20 minutes, and โ‚น499 for 30 minutes, subject to expert availability.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Answers are typically delivered within 24โ€“48 hours from the time of successful payment and question submission.
  • For live chat consultations, time slots are pre-booked based on availability.

4. Refund Policy

  • If we are unable to answer your question due to lack of expertise or relevance, your payment will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
  • No refunds are issued for completed consultations or services already rendered.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your personal data and questions are kept confidential.
  • We do not disclose, share, or sell any of your submitted information.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our answers are advisory and informational in nature.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on our suggestions or information.
  • Users are encouraged to exercise personal judgment before acting on any advice received.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Refund Policy in Brief

At QuickSureHelp (QSH), we aim to deliver high-quality, researched, and thoughtful responses for every query. However, we understand that in rare cases, a refund may be necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:


1. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund will be initiated if:

  • We are unable to provide a relevant or helpful response to your submitted question.
  • The requested consultation cannot be fulfilled due to non-availability of experts or technical limitations.
  • Payment was made by mistake or due to a duplicate transaction (subject to review and proof).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds:

  • If the response or service has already been delivered.
  • If the user is dissatisfied with the answer due to personal disagreement, despite the answer being provided as promised.
  • For any live WhatsApp consultation already conducted or partially completed.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original source of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.) used via Razorpay.
  • We do not offer refunds via cash or bank transfers unrelated to Razorpay.

4. Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 3 business days.
  • Depending on the payment method and banking partner, the amount may take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
